What shipping method do you use?
All orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail. This shipping method is designed specifically for physical media such as vinyl records and CDs and offers a lower-cost option for customers. Please note that Media Mail delivery times are generally longer than standard USPS services and are determined by USPS.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Processing time does not include transit time. Delays may occur during high-volume periods, new releases, or sales events. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If my order includes both preorder and in-stock items, can part of it ship early?
Orders that contain preorder items are held until all items are available and will ship together. This allows us to ship your order in one complete package. We do not automatically split shipments.
Where is my order?
Once an order has been handed off to USPS, delivery timing and tracking updates are outside of our control. Media Mail shipments may take longer than standard shipping services. If an extended period has passed without tracking updates, the customer is responsible for contacting USPS directly using the provided tracking number to request assistance in locating the package.
Disc-on-Demand Release Disclaimer
Disc-on-Demand titles are manufactured and shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer. Because these orders are fulfilled by a third party, we do not control the shipping method, tracking updates, or delivery timeframefor Disc-on-Demand releases.
If an order contains both Disc-on-Demand and in-stock items, the Disc-on-Demand title will first be shipped to us. Once we receive it, all items will then ship together in a single package. Please allow additional time for us to receive the Disc-on-Demand release before your order is shipped.
